Definitions and Interpretation

The following terms used in these Terms are defined as follows:

• "Platform" — The bao999 website and all associated services.
• "User" or "Member" — Any person who is registered on bao999 and is using its services.
• "Account" — A personal profile created through registration on the platform.
• "Wager" or "Bet" — An amount of money risked on the outcome of a game or event.
• "Deposit" — A transfer of funds into the user's account.
• "Withdrawal" — Receipt of funds from an account via the user's chosen method.
• "Bonus" — Additional funds or benefits granted for promotional purposes.

Eligibility and Age Requirement

The following eligibility criteria must be met to participate on the bao999 platform:

• The user must be at least 21 years of age. This platform is for users aged 21 and above only.
• You must be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gaming is legal or not prohibited.
• Each person is eligible to hold only one account — opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of account registration must be accurate, complete and truthful.
• Users must act on their own behalf — managing an account on behalf of a third party is not permitted.

bao999 may request identity documents or other proof at any time for age verification. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

Create an account using your correct name, mobile number and other required details. By registering, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and agreed to comply with them.

3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials completely confidential. You are fully responsible for all activities carried out from your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.

3.3 Information Verification

bao999 may request identity verification documents at any time as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Failure to cooperate with verification or providing false information may result in account suspension.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

Currently supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200. Deposited funds may only be used for actual betting and gaming.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal limit: ৳800.
• After successful verification, withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawal requests may only be made via the same method used for the deposit.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be met before making a withdrawal.
• bao999 reserves the right to temporarily delay withdrawals for fraud-prevention verification.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT).

Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the total account balance to ৳2,200. Alternatively, a deposit of ৳26,000 earns the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, for a total of ৳41,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times.
• Withdrawals from the bonus balance are not possible before the wagering requirements are met.
• All bets placed using the bonus will count toward the wagering requirements.

5.3 Promotion Abuse

If the same bonus is claimed using multiple accounts or by members of the same household, bao999 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the accounts involved.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Each bonus offer may have a specific validity period. Once expired, any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled.

General Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules apply when playing games on bao999:

• A bet once placed cannot be changed or cancelled, unless a technical fault occurs on the platform.
• If a technical issue arises during any game or round, bao999 reserves the right to cancel that round and refund the bet.
• In sports betting, bets will not be settled until the result is confirmed.
• bao999 is not responsible for losses caused by software errors, disconnections or other technical issues.
• Games are operated through verified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair play.
